Our Process & Suppliers
Our entire process takes about a month to complete, from start to finish. We create small batches of about 200-250 pairs of earrings per month in our home studio near Los Angeles, CA. What sets us apart from other ceramicists is our minimal design, honoring the natural texture of the clay body (unglazed, pre-fired clay) to allow for the pieces to retain that feel and natural beauty even after firing. While we do use glazes on some of our earrings, we love to use only a few glazes sparingly, to let the clay body still shine through, giving us a signature look that our customers love. We ensure that all earrings are as lightweight as possible, so you can comfortably wear them without feeling like your ear lobes are working out. The strength of our products is extremely important to us, so we fire everything twice and you can trust your purchases will last. Once you’ve purchased from us, you can rest assured that we will use only minimal, recyclable packaging so you aren’t left with waste. Additionally, we support the U.S. Postal Service, and only ship our products through USPS. If you have any questions regarding our process, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
